The HPE COB (Chip on Board) technology, allows to achieve a highly selective and powerful emission of monochromatic radiation and each COB is 30 mm (linear) x 24 mm and contains 80 LED. Each LED integrates 1 chip inside and the radiation lens has an angle of 45°. The HPE UV LED “0810” has reduced dimensions and weight compared to the UV LED “2203” and wavelengths available are 385 nm – 395 nm. Every single chip is controlled by a microprocessor to ensure absolute uniformity of radiant emissions constant over time.
The LED is water cooled, to ensure the right fluid temperature, the software can regulate the solenoid valves specifically placed in the liquid circuit that is installed between the cooling chiller and the LED lamp.

UV LED are used to polymerize and to dry inks, resins, varnishes or similar products in industrial processes when it is required to achieve high levels of productivity. The UV rays emitted by the LEDs enable to dry the products within a very short period of time.
The R100 Ignitor is designed to meet the requirements of small/medium power up to 9.0 kW and voltage up to 450 V.
