BALLAST

3-stage ballast for medium powers up to 29.6 kW and voltages up to 3000 V. A further feature of the R700 ballast is the PULSE operation (available on request) which makes the UV lamp work in pulses, obtaining a significant increase in peak power (mW / cm) and at the same time reducing the exposure temperature.

The new SERIES R differs from the previous SERIES H in that the group of fans is positioned on the rear side of the machine and consists of a battery of 24 Vdc fans powered by an internal source. The airflow passes through the ballast along its longitudinal axis and the direction of the airflow can be chosen between the following versions available when ordering: : Version F, that is FORWARD, with the fans pushing air into the machine. Version B, that is BACKWARD, with the fans pulling air out of the machine.

SINGLE-OUTPUT SYSTEM
The function of driving both arc lamps and LED lamps by means of the same power supply unit has now been further enhanced: we have further simplified this solution by combining the two connection in a single-output system. This not only leads to time-saving but also makes operations during the exchange-phase of the two units to be powered easier.
